This year, we have added a concierge service to help you manage obtaining services. Further, we are offering a new plan option called HealthPath. HealthPath will take the place of the reference-based price (RBP) plans.

This site will summarize who is eligible to enroll when you are eligible to enroll, what coverage options are available to you, and the cost of coverage. It will also provide contact information if you have detailed questions or need more information. Please note there will be 26 payroll deductions for the 2025 plan year.
